remote issue

hi guys

i had some wired issue with my remote keyless system ,

if i stand up beside the door and unlock it will not work , but if i but the key in side the door and just move it lift or right with out unlock it and take it out , the remote will work very well even from 30 foot away from the car , and i stay like two minutes it will not work until i repeat the whole thing , i did relearn the remote but still nothing,
