:sad72: my 98 tahoe start knocking yesterday now it want start. Can anybody tell me what's wrong. Got oil changed a month ago. Now its black.

Please find someone to help you check the oil level in the vehicle. Is it low? Did you have the oil changed at Jiffy Lube or another commercial oil change shop?

Yeah this is definitely something you want a shop to look at. Sounds like it could possibly be serious and virtually impossible to troubleshoot on a forum :/

EDIT: just realized the date of the original post :facepalm: disregard my response as I'm sure you're well past the issue now LOL
