Are the Z71 springs stiffer or do they ride higher than the stock ones? ARe there aftermarket rear coils and front torsion bars that (with a levelling kit) will give me skightly higher load capacity with 750# or so on-board?

With the current (stock) setup the rear is visibly lower. Would like to get back to normal or slighhtly ride height when loaded and 2-3" higher empty...

Or would in-coil air bags be the best option...

I have a 06 Z71 when i compared it to a LT it appears higher and it is defintley stifer i tow a 17 foot boat with no drop. I guess the the best way to see the differance is get a large friend and go to a dealer and have him stand on the hitch of a LT and Z71 and see for your self
