Steering Wheel Removal??

Anyone taken off the 07+ steering wheel? I bought a heated one off ebay it was the only thing that the denalis had that i really wanted. Its even grey to match the interior of mine!

Also are there any wires/fuses that separate a non heated from heated? I figure it would just pull from the wires that are already there also thought maybe a fuse might need to be added.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I did find this http://www.grantproducts.com/files/install/97555-00-01.pdf but I always like to ask with something like this. Plus mine doesnt need to be rewired like those instructions state.

Be real careful around the airbags.

I haven't taken mine off but there are two pin holes on the side like show in that link you have....this will pop the airbag out.....grab the air bag and disconnect the wires....you will then have to undo the bolt in the middle of the wheel and use a steering wheel puller to pull it loose....then you will disconnect the wires to the buttons and install your new wheel. Just as a heads up you also have to buy the heated steering wheel coil....if you don't buy that then you have nothing more than the same wheel with and extra button.
