swing a way tire carrier

Anyone know of a swing a way tire carrier for a 97 tahoe (barn door).
I would like to get the tire from under the tahoe.

i don't believe they had a factory mount for the tahoe,BUT you could canabalize 1 of an 80's-90's era s-10 blazer & modify it to work,or just get a gear basket for the roof & mount the spare on top.
