well these things are expensive as CRAP. but are street legel HIDS since their OEM hids just designed for a tahoe. so they have no glare and insted of using a KIT they use true 4300k OEM D1R type bulbs.

it comes with it all. the reason its so expensive is that these are true OEM like HIDS, they have the same cut off, same out put, and are legel as a stock HID car. they use a D1R (r mean reflective) insted of D1S (s means projector).

so when you order them they come with the stock D1R bulb , and the phillips ballest.
