Just picked up a 2005 LT last night, 15150 miles.
Rarely driven, bugged the guy to buy it from him since he never gotten it out of the garage.
No problems as of yet, and really don't expect any for awhile.

Thanks Pudgy....but not sure yet. I just bought this one, and will be picking it up this weekend. I know it has a new stock engine, with about 1000 miles on it. (5.7 liter 350) It has 20" Centerlines on the rear, 18" on the front, to give it that cool raked "hot rod" look. It has an aftermarket Kenwood stereo, the aftermarket rear light bar/fin on top, which looks cool and not cheesy, and the interior is the best part. Looks RIGHT OUT OF THE SHOWROOM. It has the Z56 performance package, which I think all the Limiteds have, unless it was an option. I'm still learning everything about the Limited. But thanks, man....I'll send more info as I get it and drive it 14 hours home from the desert of Arizona back to California.

Upgraded all door speakers to Kicker 6.5's, 8" Kicker sub with Kicker 300w amp. Looking to do a double din in future. No rebuilds or replacements of motor or transmission!!

Hi, I have a 2000 tahoe with 234000, still a strong running motor. The only thing I've notice is the normal from 1st to 2nd harder then normal shift. Other then that. Runs smooth.

2001 ls 4x4 Tahoe

I am now at the 275,000 mile mark and no issues still. Running Amsoil since warranty expired and doesnt hardly burn any in the 6000 mile oil changes. I have installed some 20 inch wheels and going to switch out tires to more off road type like Nitto or cooper rtx all terrain. Installed all new speakers front to back and man what a difference. Lovin this SUV!

Well, I guess I'm still looking. Tried to negotiate a deal with the owner but he won't budge off his asking price of $12k. For a 00 I feel it's to high. Soooo I'll keep looking.

Great vehicles. I am over 280k using Amsoil every 7500 miles and just general maint items you listed already. Still pulls my 20 ft trailer and sounds like a champ. Gets 16.5 mpg on highway.

Sarah runs like a champion and has for as long as I've had her. I had to replace the fuel pressure monitor and take the evap solenoid off blow it out and put it back on and replace the transfer case other then that's no problems. I love Chevys great ride cheap fixes !!
