Whats the best M/T tires? I am looking for a set of 33x12.50x17's. I have heard that the pro comps dont last. What about the Dick Cepek M/T's and the Super Swamper Truxxus M\T, are they any good?

i have pro-comp x-treme Mud tires on my tahoe and love them. read a review in a 4wd magazine where they tested them on basically everything and they gave them a great review.

what have you heard about them not lasting? you mean driving on pavement?

it was both pavement and off road. said they were bad about chunking. big pieces of rubber would come off. I think that was on the mud terrains though dont know if they were talking about the extreme m/t
