Transmission shift into neutral will stopped???

Hi everyone, I’m new on here but I’m desperate. I have a 2016 Tahoe LT 5.3 and it shift into neutral while stopped. Today it did just that and my wife back into one of our trees because it went into neutral on its own while at idle in the drive way. You turn it off and it starts working just fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Shifts into neutral from where? Park, Reverse, Drive? Does the lever and/or indicator move to neutral?
