trick to keeping rear bumper guard from falling off

On my 07 nali, that rear bumper cover that covers the tow hitch is ALWAYS falling off, anyone have a trick to keep this from happening, at the moment i have just removed mine

When I bought my Denali, the previous owner had run two screws through the cover into plastic behind it. The screw heads are exposed but its surprisingly hard to notice. I decided it wasn't worth replacing the cover and just painted them black to match. Its nice to have piece of mind that the cover will NOT fall off. The only downside (other than small screw heads) is that you need a screw driver to remove the rear cover. I may look into some sort of pop in/out plastic fastener down the road.
