What are the relays for under the Dash... near the parking brake pedal?

I looked through several repair manuals (Chiltons, Hayes, etc .. I don't have factory manual) but they don't have much info on the batch of relays under the drivers side dash (IP)... the ones near the parking brake...

Any info on that would be greatly appreciated. When I turn my parking light on fromteh headlamp switch, then something down there vibrates... it sounds like a relay that is switching on/off very quickly... like a bad connection.

Wow... nobody huh?

It's ok... I finally found it.. It's called the 'convenience center' and holds relays for Fog, DRL, and turn flasher...
