Does anyone know if a 285/75/16 will fit on stock 02 tahoe, with torsion bars cranked up?

Try this tire size calculator http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html to compare the size of your stock tires to the ones you want to see how much of a difference there is. You can also check the clearance of your current tires to estimate if you'll run into rubbing issues (turn your wheels full one way, check clearance, then the other way and check clearance.

Also remember you can damage other steering and suspension components by fully cranking up the torsion bars. It's not really recommended to crank them any higher than .75" or so.
