My Tahoe just crossed over 75k (bought the car at 55k) and I want this thing to keep running, especially since the transmission clunked out around 68k, trying to avoid another $3k bill!
I do the oil every ~3k and the fuel filter once a year (which is about every 10-15k).
I couldn't find any info on how frequently one should change the fuel filter, so I'm going with that.

My concern now is what about those BIG maintenance things, such as the timing belt and others.
When should I be thinking about having certain parts replaced (before they break and cause he.ll)?? The manual is no help either.

Not sure what year you have. I have a 1999 and it has a timing chain, no need to change it.
