the easiest would be a prorammer. The best option would a cam but you asked for the easiest.

Easiest is the programmer or custom pcm tune. You'll get more bang for the buck with a cam swap, but it involves a little more.

We talking the L31 vortec motors in the obs tahoes or a general question? I'd vote custom pcm tune if it were on the list, otherwise the cam is a good idea but you'll need some more mods to take full advantage of the new power. The L31 is a slippery slope, the more you want the more you need to save to do all the mods at once which is why I bought the denali.

now then. what do you mean you gotta save more and do them all at once? man you can do it piece by piece if you want. stick to the denali forum bra:cowb:

Play nice guys.
I think what Boost is getting at is that you can do it piece by piece, but you won't realize the full potential of a single part unless it works in harmony with others. For ex; a high lift cam won't make a big improvement if the intake system (manifold, tb, air filter, etc) doesn't have the ability to allow the cam to ingest the volume of air it is capable of. A high rpm cam profile will almost always need a higher stall converter. Opening the exhaust will help an aftermarket intake even more. Any intake and exhuast mod can benefit more if parameters in the pcm are changed to take advantage of the increased airflow. Sometimes it's better to add a couple parts at the same time rather than one by one.

No need to act like a douchebag, I didn't quite understand wtf you were talking about and I'm an ass hole so you were addressed accordingly. No need to try being tough over the internet, I was simply trying to answer your question. Check out http://www.pacificp.com/forum/index.php for info regarding the older body style tahoe modifications. I used to own a 00 tahoe limited and I try to help others with knowledge on the subject, thus the reasoning behind these forums. We're all here because we love these trucks but if you act like a fu*kstick I'm gonna treat you like one

hey kid, relax. we both no you wouldnt even make it 30 seconds with me.

Now then, if you scroll back up you will see that you kicked it off. You couldnt handle the allen iverson joke so deal with it:D . Truthfully if you use to own a tahoe great, I actually own one now. So im not living in the past. But your knowledge (if you want to call it that) is helpful to some im sure. Just make sure you word you posts correctly so people dont call you out:cuss: . Simple enough. As far as I go I think its settled, but if you wanna act like a knobgobbler thats on you. :eek:wned:

you won't notice the gains as much if you add components one by one as you can afford, but damn will you if you ever take them all off at once!! talk about a slug...
