My 2008 Tahoe was chewing up tires. They replaced a hub and I had it aligned. Bought new tires threw them on. Same problem. Every fourth knob on the inside of the tire is wearing. Chevy is saying alignment, Firestone is saying alignment dead on. What could it be???? Leson says shocks are AOK...

Dont you have 100k mile warranty on powertrain? That should be under standard warranty. It was nearly 700$ for mine but it was all warrantied.

Bearing Mine was exactly the same and when I brought it in, it was the hub bearing. They warrantied it.

I dropped it off today. It started chewing my tire up, until this point everyone said I was crazy. We will see.

If a failure caused it, I am certain I would convince my dealer to cover cost as they could simply submit your point to GM and get reimbursed. That's why they are there. I appreciate the input. How does the tire size corrulate (forgive me for being extremely dense in this area) to the wheel size. Example, width. 50 is wider than 70 correct? and how wide is the wheel?
