03 tahoe runs for a second and dies out

Hello I have tried changing the fuel filter, checking the fuel regulator for gas in the hose and there was none. I also pulled the cap off the fuel tank and can hear bubbling when the key is turned on. Also the relay for the fuel pump I can feel clicking when the key is turned on. Help!!!!!!

Your fuel pump has probably quit on you. This happened to my wife. She could crank it and it would drive about 3 feet before it would die. It was just enough for her to pull into a parking spot and get out of the way of traffic.
