1999 front body mount replacement

I was installing a snowplow mount and spotted them front body mounts need to be replaced they were rusted out . I took the 3 big bolts out and relised there welded on . Only see weld on the bottom of bracket but are they welded anywhere else ? Or are they spot-welded also ? Do I grind off weld and just pry them off ? Or just make bracket over the top of them ? Thanks for any info ..
