2002 Front Passenger Window problem

I have a 2002 Tahoe. The front passenger window was up. Rolled it down. Then was going to roll it up and it only went 2/3 of the way and stopped and would not go further. Rolled it all the way down again. Tried rolling it up and this time it only went up halfway. Rolled it all the way down again. Tried rolling it up and this time it only went up 1/4 of the way. This is where it is at this point. Tried manually to "help" it up while pushing the switch but could not budge it.

Seems to roll down with ease but rolling up is an issue. Suggestions ?? Motor ??
