2010 Tahoe Acting like it stalls

So this has been happening more frequent lately. I have a 2010 tahoe with the 5.3 V8. it starts up great and runs smooth. However about a month ago it started acting up. It acts like when accelerating it will stall for a brief second and then keep going as nothing happened. The doors will all unlock and lock again, the dash gauges will all spike and reset, and all the dash warning lights come on and go off. After it appears to reset the vehicle is fine again and continues to run. At no time does the motor seem to completely shut off though. It doesn't happen every time we drive it but it seems like it's happened maybe 10-12 times in a month. Any advice of what to look at would be appreciated. Thanks
