98 hoe 4x4...jerks hard at 55 or 60

it has 198000. it only does it went im around 55 and up. feel like it might do it when i reach a speed and kinda levels .. it jerks from the motor so i think..can the transfer case do it .. never change oil... please help

El.Luis...please describe your problem a little better and I'll try to help you out. Are you hearing any noises when this happens? Are you saying you have never changed the oil?? Does it pull to the side when it jerks?
