I changed rotors and pads on my 07 4wd LTZ today and when I turned the drivers side hub by hand, it had a growley grinding sound. When I spun the passenger side by hand it was nice and smooth. any Ideas what the problem could be.

Just took my 07 LT3 Tahoe to Dealer today for same grinding noise Front Left "ds"
turned out to be a bearing so they replaced the bearing and hub assembly.
Turns out to be a common problem on SUV and Trucks 2007-

Check your dust shield, make sure it isn't touching

Jweezy, how many miles are on your truck?
Did warranty cover or no?
