All,
I have a 2007 Tahoe LTZ with about 22k miles.

I was wondering if anyone has the same issue as below.

I’ve noticed lately when driving at highways speeds 65-70 with the air conditioning on and the fan speed on 1. The air flowing through the vents is very strong.
To compare, I’ve raised the fan speed to level 4-5 before I notice a difference in the airflow.

I took it back to my dealer and they could not recreate it….. Not happy with them anyway.

I could not get any error codes either.

Has anyone else encountered this and if so what was the resolution.

Thanks in advance
Randy

Thats a chevy quirk. ITs just collecting air from outside and forcing it inside. If you put it on recirculate it wont do that.

Yeah, think of it like forced induction, the higher the outside pressure the faster it's gonna force into the car.
