The cars with flexi fuel, what is this flexifuel?

In norway we pay over 2$ per litre of petrol.
Is this flexifuel same as propane/LPG?

When they label cars FlexFuel in the United States they are referring to E85 (85% ethanol 15% gasoline).

I would not assume Flex Fuel means propane/LPG unless it specifically says so.

this "flexifuel" is too expensive here. Some thing like 1.8$

Anyone know some dealers with convert kit for LPG in US/canada?
As LPG is only 1$ litre, this could be a alternative for my wallet in my district.
To convert from local dealer, it cost 7500$. Too much for mE! :S
