Fuel tank weight

Does anyone know if the fuel tank weight is a factor or ride height? I noticed that there is about a 1/4-1/2 inch difference between the driver and passenger side ride height. I measured the top of the tire to the bottom of the fender-well.:superhack:

Hows she sit when empty? I bet it would have some to do with it, especially since the driver is also on that same side.....
