I bought a used 2014 Yukon Denali that is certified and still under new warranty. My problem is the sound quality of the hands free is so bad that people say they can't understand what I am saying. I called my service manager from the truck and he agreed the quality is bad. He changed the microphone under warranty but it is no better. He now says he has done all he can do. I heard that GM issued a TSB about this problem and would like to know what it says. Does anyone have access to that TSB or can anyone shed some light on what the problem is? I have an iPhone 5s if that has anything to do with it. Thanks for any help you can offer.
