Make note of the A & B terminal position (polarity is marked) of the stock connector (back view of speaker assembly.
The fun begins! Using the utility knife cut around the outer foam edge of the speaker cone, tight against the ABS. Flip the speaker over and un-solder the wire from the outer terminal posts. Using the saw tip cut inward of the terminal through the ABS support so the connector remain attached to the outer assebly at this point. Again note its position.
Cut he remaining ABS supports as cose to the outer ring as possible.
Remove the old centre section and discard.
Locate the new spearker into position, trimming the tabs slightly if necessary. Drill pilot holes through for tab locations as necessary for 4 screws in this case.
Cut wire lengths to suit and solder to corresponding terminals of factory connector as noted by polarity earlier.
My 07 had the following wire colours for the rear speakers.
LR: A-Yellow B-Black RR: A-Light blue B-Dark blue
Set back into door position, connect and test before final fastening.
