Instant Economy Gauge on 07 Denali?

I just noticed this after 13K miles, but I don't have an Instant Economy Gauge on my 07 Yukon Denali. I have the Avg. Economy, and everything else, but no Instant Economy.

Am I doing something wrong? My dads CTS has it, my brother in law's 07 LTZ has this...Hmm.

I have not read through my manual but I am going to get it out now. Does anyony else have this issue?

I figured that, my mileage is not that bad. Avg. about 16.2 right now, about 60% highway.
