What's up? I just bought an 03 Tahoe and I'm wondering is it hard for everybody else to fold the second row seats up in order to reach the third row? Seems like something's missing off the seat like a lever or something.

Nah only thing have to do is make sure the front seat doesn't block the second row seat bottom from folding up far enough to release the latch that lets the backrest to fold down. Once bottom cushion folds up against front seat far enough the backrest releases & folds right down. Once backrest almost all the way down the headrest will flip itself up as backrest finishes folding down.
