ok so i had a problem with my right rear tailight going out, it would make the front headlights blink fast. So i changed bulbes...didnt work, changed taillight circuit board.... Didnt work. So i installed a new turn signal switch and all the panels installed and plug battery in and horn was on. So i took everything back apart and i found that there is a small brown little push-in button on the turn signal switch that touches a metal part on the steering wheel and causes horn to blow. Do i have a bad ground some where? If so where do i check? Need help asa

The little brass spring loaded button just makes contact with the plate on the steering wheel which goes to the horn contacts and gets grounded thru the steering column.....
