PO 420 and PO 430

Well these are the codes I got on my truck. I looked them up and it said...
DTC PO420 catalyst system low efficiency bank 1 and bank 2. Any suggestions guys? I hope it's just the O2's and not the whole system.

can also be that you might have an exhaust leak in-front of the cats. I would check this first..then the oxygen sensors..then the cats.
