Rear Side Door glass removal steps needed

Does anyone have the procedure steps for removing the rear side door glass for a '94-'99 Tahoe? I am replacing the driver's side rear door with a better undamaged one, but the glass in my original door is in better shape, so I want to swap it out into the new door. I have removed and replaced the glass from a front door, but not really seeing how this rear door glass will come out.
