We bought an 03 yukon and the previous owner lowered the vehicle about three inches. In order for me to return it to stock height, do I just need to find some coil springs in a salvage yard, and put regular shocks on the vehicle. I do not mind the vehicle being lowered, except it seems to take bumps pretty hard.

It depends on what kind of kit was used. It could need just original-spec springs and shocks, but there also may be other brackets or such that were used that need to be changed back out or removed.

Do you see a logo or name, different, on anything underneath? Such as Eibach, McCaughy's, etc?

No I can not see any names for a lowering kit underneath. Based on the quality of the work and how hard it hits bumps, I am sure it was done in the cheapest possible way. I would not be surprised if the coil springs were just hacksawed down to drop the vehicle.
