Rough running at low rpm

Truck has just started to run very rough at low rpm in traffic etc. Above 2000rpm runs fine with minor blips. Recently had complete tune up, plugs leads filter. Starts and idles perfectly. Anyone know whats going on?

Did it run rough before you changed out the plugs, etc?
