transfer case bearing replace

need to replace the rear bearing in the transfer case. my ase does not have the removeable tail housing. looks like i need to remove case and split it in half to replace bearing. any one do this before? any links to illustations of how to? thanks.

got bearing, gunna rip it apart this weekend. this should be interesting.

not hard at all. pulled case out in 30mins(this was the hardest part, due to cleaence). pulled off all sensors, slit case in half, changed bearing, cleaned off old rtv and put back together. all in all 2 1/2 hrs. found bearing cage broke off causing ball bearings to spin around and hit each other when spinning.
this is alot easier to do if you have a case with removable tail section, mine did not.
