2006 Tahoe, New battery and new alternator. Voltage fluctuates between 12 to 14 volts on gage and DVM. You can really hear it through the HVAC blower motor ramping up and down.I checked all grounds. Did GM use the smart charging feature on the 2006 like on the 07 and up trucks? I have some sort of sensor on the ground cable coming off the battery.
