Will this void warrenty?

Just a quick question...looking to do a pcm customization, does anyone know if it will void any warrenty I have with chevy?

Only if the custom tune directly affects the part in question can the dealership refuse warranty repairs. But the dealership also has to prove it was due to the custom pcm tune before they turn down any warranty work.

Yes -- that's why the popular OBDII programmers have the option to return to stock. Good idea to do that any time you take it in for service -- they may re-flash your PCM and screw up your tune / programmer... :eek:

YES; ANY time you take it in, to be safe. And no, it doesn't seem to have any effect, other than just returning the PCM to stock. Edge provides updates just about every week, and I usually re-flash at least twice a month... No issues here.
