I have an early 07 denali. After reading threads in here and in the Cadallica forum, took it to the dealer today.
I had noise on the driver door and when the a/c-heat fan blew on high.
It is NOT the door sealer or the mirror.
They found the driver's side door handle was missing a tiny piece of foam by the pin. The foam prevents air from getting into the inside body of the door through the handle. Dealer found bulletin 06-08-64-029.
This fix not only took away the wind noise, but I do not hear any problems on the fan anymore either.
