Wobble at low speeds

99 tahoe lt...steering wheels shakes and front end wobbles at low.speed..once i get passed 50mph, everything is fine...is this an alignment issue?

Check your steering components for slop (tie rod ends, ball joints, pitman arm/ idler arm and bracket......
