Im buying a used 2010 Yukon tomorrow. The truck is a one owner, 14K mile truck with a clean car fax and no repairs from GMC. The odd thing is there are no front tow hooks. There is a thin steel bracket on each side that are attached to the frame rails but I couldnt get a good look at them today. These are too thin (maybe 3/16) for a plow frame and they each have two bolt holes. The trucks at a dealer and they have no answers. Any ideas of what they could be for ? Im thinking there was a brush guard but I havent seen too many Yukons set up that way.
