I just bought a set of LED's on Ebay today. It was kind of a PITA to get what I wanted since I have barn doors, but I finally bit the bullet and got them.
Ever since I put my 'Hoe in the shop for a new paint job, it's turned more into a "project" and less "let's make it look good again." With the addition of LED's, the list of new parts for it now include: SS front bumper, rear Z71 bumper, speed grilles, clear corners, billet bowtie, paintable D pillars, painted handles with billet pulls and a 2/3 drop.
What was I thinking???

This is how they work wired to the trailer plug wiring. Both segments flash and brake, just like the old days. Much more noticeable, in my opinion.

Not yet. The guy is kind of doing it on the side. He doesn't have another job, but his Mom has cancer, so he is constantly having to take her to doctor's appointments and take care of her at home. I got a text from him today saying it shouldn't be too much longer. I'll take him at his word, but I'm gonna go by there tomorrow and hopefully get some updated pictures. I'll keep you posted!

I just got my LED's in today. I'm taking them over to the body shop to have them install them when they put my 'Hoe back together. The biggest difference I think between these and others that will not fit barn doors is the placement of the back-up light being in the middle, and not at the bottom of the lights. Hopefully they work as good as they look!

Big Tap... you'll like these a lot. I have a set of these on my Tahoe too and love 'em.

I think so. They look better in person than I anticipated.

I took a look at your page on the Z71 site. What did you do to your rear sub opening? It looks nice. Was just wondering if it was cosmetic, or if it was something more? I put a JL 10" in the stock location, but wouldn't mind upgrading to something larger if possible.

When you guys get yours, You don't have to splice the wires like in one of the other post. I just slid the wire loom down a little more and it gave enough space for the plugs to spread to each section. If you run into a problem I'll try to help, but it's a easy install.

ok mine are here and i plugged them in but there is no light is there something i need to do before i can get them to light up and of course i turned on the lights durr

****update got all lights to work except the top ones on the drivers side and when i tried putting a regular light in there it wouldnt light up so that is far more troubling ***

any ideas or solutions to get that one to light up

you have yahoo?

If you put them in backwards sometimes it will blow the fuse. So check the fuses under the hood. If you have the same ones as me, what I did was write 1,2,3 on the stock light and the light socket harness. Makes it easier to install. Then write the corresponding number on the led light.

The top is the running brake light, next is the turn signal, then the reverse light.
