SAS going to be swapping ou the IFS with a complete Solid axle swap frant and rear. dana 60 front corporate 14 bolt in the rear. 4.11 gears and dick breaks all around. after that im going to try to shove a 406 in place if the stock 350. ill post pics as i get it done.

noise i think i have narrowed the noise down to either a crack in my exhaust manifold, worn seals or a crack in the exhaust pipes. going to the shop to see if a weld will help

i would like to replace my exhaust manifolds for some headers. what are the Pros/Cons and what will i have to change/ add. i have the 5.7 L vortec with an Airaid cold air intake otherwise stock engine.

i would like to switch out my main drive shaft with a double cardon or Slip Yoke Eliminator but dont really know which is better for my 99 tahoe 2dr. can i use either one? which is better for a 6 in. lift to reduse the drive line vibration?

i tried removing the fan shroud last weekend but it has a top and bottom piece that are connected by a long bolt does that have a nut under it? if so how do i get to it?

do i have to remove the radiator and fan to get to it? im assuming yes. i was going to flush my radiator out this weekend so i guess that will be a good time to get to the balancer and timing chain.

new u joints replaced the joints. the noise is still there. it sounds like its coming from the engine. could it be the Timing chain? its only making the noise on acceleration so i dont know if that could be it.

fixed it just ended up buying a set of new circuit boards for less than $30 at advanced auto and it works now.

my turn signal left rear is not flashing when i use the signal or when the hazards are on the front is blinking really fast. not a fuse (checked them). not the bulb (replaced it) and the light will come on with the running lights but will not blink. do i need a new circuit board?

switched my U joints out and the noise is still there when im driving. i thing its something with the engine struggling to push the truck and the tires so i might have to look at each piece of it and see if theres anything worn or needs replacing.
