1999 tahoe wont run

I was going to tune up my 99 with a 5.7 vortec. drain plug was stripped out so I decided to change pan. while I was at it I changed oil pump, timing chain and sprockets, water pump, power steering pump, plugs, wires, distributor, rotor and crank position sensor. I ended up having distributor off one tooth. friend helped me out on that and truck started. turned engine off to recheck fluids and now won't start back up. timing light firing at timing mark on balancer. really at a my wits ends with it. please help
