2007 Denali Audio Question

Hey,
I am getting the GMC/Bose audio interface from PAC

I am also getting a JL Audio 1000/1 v2 amp with 2 12w7
I have the factory navigation, and want to be able to control the bass from the navigation screen and not with the JL Audio bass remote knobs. Is it possible to use the navigation bass control for aftermarket subs, or do i have to install the aftermarket remote.

im pretty sure you can adjust it through the nav, but if you get a bass nob than you will be able to turn the subs "OFF' where as it may be a possibility that at the navs lowest bass setting you could still hear the subs.
