24" wheel set up on 03 Tahoe?

OK so i am starting my wheel and tire set up on my 03 Tahoe, definitely going with a 24" set up, (U2-55 style wheels) my biggest concern is off set! i want to have a nice flush look with the fenders NO POP OUT!!! so my question is what off set should i go with to avoid any pop out? and suggested tire size? any help would be greatly appreciated.
