97 tahoe skiping bad

i just got a 97 tahoe and its skiping pretty bad it threw the codes for multiple missfires, mass air flow sensor, and o2 sensor. what do yall think it is?

1. Misfires=spark plugs and maybe wires depending how many miles it's been since u did engine tune-up 2. MAF sensor probably needs cleaning just remove it and clean 3. Replace 02 sensor if u still get the code just remove should NEVER come back on if it does just keep removing as to how this is normal eventually it will go away by itself and :welcome:

Could be a CSFI injection issue, does it hold fuel pressure good?
