center console interchange

i got the seat/armrest in my hoe currently and i want to change to a center console, do you guys know whats involved, will the harness plug in? is there a harness? will it bolt up? what about am i going to have to change my lower dash , how do i keep my ciggerette lighters? i have a 03 hoe base model

I've got a 3rd seat in the middle too. If you want to make it look nice you must replace the lower dash. The console goes into the dash where the lighter and powerplugs are. They will probable fit into the console like original. The rear cc controls also mount into the back of the console. Don't you have the parts for the rebuild? They came with my car.

I got 3 seats infront too, and I'd like to have a center console for my '04 tahoe.

Anyone knows a place they sell them cheap (and also ships to europe)?
