I have a 2004 Tahoe with a new rattle in the front end. I've had it up on ramps and everything seems tight, I'll try jack stands this week end. The only time I hear the noise is when the left front goes down into a pavement depression but never when going over a speedbump type.

I hate rattles and this driving me nuts, any thoughts ?

End links are tight. Don't know about torsion bar or keys as I bought it used. It only has 25k miles, but I dont think it is torsion keys, but I'll check again.

Thanks

I have a similar issue on my 99 tahoe. It sounds like a grinding/rattling noise coming from the front
Left. Everything seems tight, but have heard about possible issues with bushings... Sounds almost like something is contacting the brake rotor.
