is my t-case dead?

so as ive posted before i have this clicking sound. i replaced the u joints on the rear drive shaft and its still there. as i was wiggling the forward drive shaft i didnt get much play at the joints but i was able to rotate it a few degrees even when 4hi engaged and get this clinking sound in the t-case. normal? i havent added or changed fluid since i just bought it and havent had much time. video link.....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CU-mzdCxwRQ.
dont know if this is a symptom or not but under acceleration from 50 mph and up i get this very noticeable vibration that settles out when i start cruising at whatever speed.
