Well a call to the general manager for the dealership resulted in a Nav DVD a couple of hours later. Thanks for the advice again.

Nice, I'm going to have to remember that one. Glad you finally got it!

Works every time :thumbsup: Salespeople and sales managers try to hide stuff all the time - why? because they both get paid on commission and every dollar spent on the deal costs them 25% of what it costs to replace or repair something. My new Malibu had "Alloy Wheels" on the window sticker and I didn't realize it until I got it home 300 miles away that they were not on the car as the hub caps looked like alloys. Sales mgr flat turned me down, a call to the Owner/CEO and he ordered and shipped the brand new in the box wheels asap at a cost of $1500 to them!
