Last Avic-D3 Question EVER

Ok,

I am not savy with this stuff at all, just want the right parts.

I have an 07 LT Bose Tahoe.

I am adding an AVIC D3, and want to keep all my controls. I know I need a GMOS LAN 01 for onstar.

What do I need to keep the steering wheel controls?

Also, do i need the amplified version of the GMOS or not?

Peripheral model number PESWIPS. Integrates factory steering wheel controls with your Pioneer HU. I install these all the time and they work out perfect.
